Each print is made to order on archival Hahnemühle fine-art paper, with the soft finish of an old-master oil painting style, and sized to fit standard frames.
The work
The wild turkey is nothing like the farmyard bird. It is lean, fast and famously wary, with iridescent bronze feathers that throw copper, green and gold, a bare blue-and-red head, and a fanning tail. Hunted almost to nothing a century ago, it has come roaring back across the continent and is now a familiar sight at the woodland edge.
This print sets a tom in a misty autumn field, feathers catching the low light, tail half-raised. A grand, seasonal piece, equally at home year-round in a sporting collection.
